Cookie Policy

Which cookies this site uses, and how to manage them.

What they are

Cookies are small files a website stores in the browser of its visitors. Some are needed for the site to work, others recognise the user, measure their behaviour or provide third-party services. The Agency’s use of cookies falls within the processing of personal data described in the privacy policy.

Technical cookies, the only ones we set

This site sets just two cookies, both required for it to work safely: one keeps your browsing session, the other protects submissions to the site against fraudulent requests. They last at most two hours and delete themselves. No consent is required by law for these.

Everything else is disabled

Cookies other than the technical ones are DISABLED unless you choose otherwise. We use neither Google Analytics nor any other measurement tool, we install no advertising pixels, we have no social network buttons and we do not profile visitors. Typefaces are hosted on our own servers: no external request is made to display them.

The Google map

Property pages can show the location on Google Maps: it is the only third-party service on the site, and it concerns the geolocation of the property. The content belongs to Google and is loaded only after explicit consent: until you agree, a panel with a button appears in its place. Once the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, over which we have no control; Google’s own terms apply (policies.google.com/privacy).

Changing your mind

Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time using the button below, reachable through the “Cookie Policy” link at the foot of every page. Alternatively, every browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings: blocking the technical ones, however, may stop parts of the site from working.
